How To Rent?
Clients w/ Insurance
STUDIO AV requires General Liability Insurance of $1,000,000 and Rented Equipment Insurance listing the Coverage Amount (Found in Equipment List Tab). A valid certificate of insurance must be provided, naming "Nicholas G. Delgado LLC" as both the "Loss Payee, and Additionally Insured."
If proof of insurance is not provided before two days before production date, a 20% surcharge will be applied to the credit card on file.
Required Languages for Client’s Insurance Certificates:
“Nicholas G. Delgado LLC shall be named as an Additional Insured on a Primary and Non-Contributory basis with respect to General Liability. A Waiver of Subrogation shall be granted in favor of Nicholas G. Delgado LLC with respect to General Liability. Nicholas G. Delgado LLC shall also be listed as Loss Payee with respect to all rented or leased equipment.”
The Certificate Holder should be listed as:

Clients with out Insurance
If you do not have insurance and/or do not supply STUDIO AV with a certificate of your insurance, you must purchase the General Liability & Damaged Equipment waivers listed below.
Some restrictions apply, please read below:
General Liability Waiver - Add 10% to total rental
STUDIO AV provides its own insurance to cover Nicholas G. Delgado LLC; however, this coverage does NOT extend to our customers.
STUDIO AV is NOT an insurance provider, and purchasing this waiver does NOT constitute the purchase of general liability insurance.
In the event of an accident or lawsuit, STUDIO AV’s insurance will only cover Nicholas G. Delgado LLC.
Equipment Insurance Waiver - Add 10% to total rental
In the event of damage, you are responsible for the first $2,000 in repair or replacement costs. With this waiver, STUDIO AV will cover any additional repair or replacement expenses beyond that amount. STUDIO AV retains sole discretion in determining the cost of repairs or replacements.
Please note that this waiver does not cover missing, lost, stolen, or unaccounted-for items. You will be charged the full replacement value for any equipment not returned to STUDIO AV, and these missing items are not subject to the $2,000 damage deductible.
